Terms of Use

Bonafide Research provides its services to a client subject to the terms and conditions stated below. The use of our services constitutes the client's acknowledgement of assent to be bound by this agreement. Bonafide Research holds the right to change or modify this agreement at any time. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any of the services provided on our site without any prior notice.

Whenever you carry out any transaction on Bonafide Research, the terms and conditions effective at that time apply to your transaction, and it is solely your responsibility to go through the terms and conditions before carrying out any transaction. We also reserve the right to deny access to this site to anyone at any time.

Order, Shipping, and Delivery

Once you have placed an order for a report listed on our website, the payment for the same becomes due and owing immediately. The report will not be dispatched until we receive the complete payment. When you order a report from Bonafide Research, we strive to deliver the report in the shortest possible time. With electronic delivery being the fastest option, we encourage clients to order reports electronically. Usually, all electronic information reports are dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days). In the case of hardcopy products, delivery to some markets may be delayed due to local carriers and other formalities; we shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to you where such delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Orders are shipped within 2 working days, and delivery of the shipment is subject to courier company and post office norms. Bonafide Research is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company. It will be shipped to your registered address as per the details specified at the time of the order. Bonafide Research is in no way liable for any damage to the order while it is in transit.

Bonafide Research makes every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that report descriptions or other content on this site is absolutely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Taxes

GST would be applicable if the end client or distributor is based in India. All the aforementioned payments, payable in or to any jurisdiction or authority whatsoever, shall be your sole responsibility. This payment will exclude taxes levied on the income of Bonafide Research.

Partial Payment or Overdue Amount

All fees should be paid as per the terms of payment mentioned in the applicable order. Bonafide Research has the discretion to cancel access to the product in case the full payment has not been received by Bonafide Research within the stipulated time. Overdue amounts shall bear interest calculated from the date when they are due until the date that payment is received by Bonafide Research. You shall pay the interest at a rate of two percent (2%) per month compounded monthly, but you shall not exceed the maximum amount permitted by law.

• No Liability: Bonafide Research, its affiliates, and any officer, director, employee, subcontractor, agent, successor, or assign of Bonafide Research or its affiliates are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. The aforementioned damages may include, but are not limited to, intangible losses (even when implied in advance) and other damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
  The above losses may arise in relation to:

• The use or the inability to use any product(s);
• The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained, or messages received or transactions entered into by the user concerned with the usage of the product(s)
• any unauthorized access to or alteration of any product(s);
• any price change of any product(s) or (v) any other matter relating to any product(s).

Force Majeure

• Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by conditions beyond its control, i.e., force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to the Acts of God.
• The party affected by force majeure circumstances shall give the other party(ies) a prompt written notice (including by fax) of the character, nature, and expected duration of these circumstances, as well as indicate which obligations are affected and provide sufficient confirmation of force majeure circumstances. If the duly made notification fails, no liability due to force majeure circumstances can be claimed.
• In the event of force majeure circumstances that prevent any party from executing its duties as per this agreement, the dates by which performance obligations are scheduled to be met will be extended for a period of time equal to the time that such circumstances are effective. If force majeure circumstances are effective for a period of more than two months, the parties, at the suggestion of a party, shall agree further ways of executing and/or terminating this agreement.

Breach of license

The client acknowledges that the breach of these license terms may cause Bonafide Research irreparable damage for which recovery of money damages would be inadequate, and the client agrees that Bonafide Research shall be entitled, in addition to any other remedies available to it, to seek (in any court of competent jurisdiction) injunctive relief and/or other equitable relief to prevent or restrain any breach by the client or otherwise to protect its rights, without being required to post a bond or other security.

• Compliance and Change of Scope: Bonafide Research shall exercise the right to ensure the users' compliance with the aforementioned License Terms, using any method available to and preferred by Bonafide Research. In case any non-compliance on your part is detected in relation to any product(s) purchased, Bonafide Research may, in its sole discretion, without causing any effect to any other rights of Bonafide Research under these license terms, initiate the following:
• Modify the scope of or upgrade the relevant license to bring it into compliance with the actual usage of the product(s).
• I will invoice you for any additional fees that have arisen due to the change in the scope of the license. Further, Bonafide Research has the right to initiate any other step that is necessary to rectify such non-compliance.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), and we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed at people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Cancellations and Return Policy
