Delivery Format

We have a standard protocol in place for delivery of our research reports. The process in place is a result of experience and prevailing logistics benchmarks. So, if you have ordered an exclusive copy of the preferred report, you will get the soft copy or hard copy depending upon your choice in the following manner-

• For A Soft Copy

We usually take 24 hours to provide a PDF format of the requested report to the email id registered with us while placing the order. This, however, may vary depending on the customer’s requirements. In case of a customized report, we communicate the deadline through email after receipt of payment. Bonafide Research is known to keep its promises, and we usually strive to deliver a copy of the report before the specified deadline.

• For A Hard Copy

In case you have also requested for a physical copy of the report, delivery depends on your location. Bonafide Research ships a printed copy of the report to the desired address and a delivery fee is charged basis the location. Usually, delivery time is the same as mentioned by our logistic partners. However, circumstances or logistic issues may cause delay, and Bonafide Research cannot be held responsible for the same. At the same time, any damage to the report copy during transit is not Bonafide Research's responsibility.
