The person would be interacting with top-level management (BOD, CXO, VP) of the companies to help them in their strategic decision-making process.
Collaborate with teams to develop targeted campaigns and sales tactics to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
The person would be responsible for generating business from outbound sales, by extracting contact details of potential clients from different lead generation software/ LinkedIn.
He/She would connect with potential clients, make outbound calls, craft email campaigns, and create/ share sample reports, and quotations to generate sales for the company’s products which include syndicated research reports, custom market research assignments, etc.
He/She shall have a healthy sales pipeline in place, maintain the database of clients (leads, prospects, quotation, negotiation), and would be doing regular follow-ups with client companies.
The person will help in creating a team which includes hiring and training newly recruited candidates in the outbound Business Development division.
Responsible for improving the quality of marketing material i.e., press releases, report descriptions, sample reports, email marketing campaigns, brochures, presentations, videos, etc. and promoting them on appropriate platforms.
The person would be representing the company by attending events and conferences across the globe and generating business out of it.
Looking after generating regular feedback from the clients to improve overall client satisfaction for the company’s products and services.
He/ She should be up to attend the queries on social media, chat software, telephone, video conferencing software or any other means in a calm and friendly manner.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
