Bonafide Research & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (BRM) provides their services to you subject to the terms and conditions stated below. Your usage of our services constitutes your acknowledgement of assent to be bound by this Agreement. BRM holds the rights to change or modify this Agreement at any time. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any of the services provided on our site without any prior notice.
Whenever you carry out any transaction on BRM, the terms and conditions effective at that time apply to your transaction, and it is solely your responsibility to go through the terms and conditions before carrying out any transaction. We also reserve the right to deny access to this site to anyone at any time.
Contract / Order
Once you have placed an order for a report listed on our website, the payment for the same becomes due and owing immediately. The report will not be dispatched until we receive the complete payment.
Usually, we dispatch the report within 48 hours, which includes processing the payment and arranging for the shipping, if needed. However, BRM will not be responsible for any delay or failure to you where such delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Also, pertaining to the nature of the work, we regret that it is not possible for an order to be canceled once it is submitted.
Description of Products
BRM makes every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that report descriptions or other content of this site is absolutely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All prices are listed in US dollars. We price the reports based on numerous parameters, and in the remote case of any discrepancy between the actual price and the listed price, if the actual price is lower then the report is shipped to you at the lower price. However, if the actual price is higher, we will either contact you for instructions, or cancel your order and notify you about the cancellation.
Majority of our reports are dispatched electronically. Hardcopy orders, such as PDFs, pages, newsletters, or CD-ROMS are usually dispatched through mail or courier. Hardcopy orders incur an additional shipping charge plus VAT/ Service Tax (whatever is applicable).
Orders are shipped within 1 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. BRM is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company. It will be shipped to your registered address as per the credit/debit card, unless otherwise specified at the time of order. BRM is in no way liable for any damage to the order while in transit.
When you order a report from BRM, we strive to deliver the report in the shortest possible time. With electronic delivery being the fastest option, we encourage clients to order reports electronically. Usually, all electronic information reports are dispatched within 48 hours (2-business days). In case of hardcopy products, delivery to some markets may be delayed due to local carriers and other formalities.
You agree to pay BRM all fees as set forth on the Website. Unless otherwise stated in the Order, all such fees are due and payable by You . This means that you will be charged and then immediately receive an email with an attachment of the Report file. You will also receive a separate email which contains your invoice for the purchase. All files are downloaded from the Internet and paid for by You only once.
BRM will have no obligation to provide any further Reports or Services if You have failed to pay any fees under this Agreement when due. If You have specified credit card or direct withdrawal from a bank account as an applicable payment mechanism under this Agreement, You grant BRM the right to charge the credit card or debit the bank account provided to BRM for all Fees incurred under this Agreement. Any Fees (invoiced or otherwise) that are not paid as of the due date will accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the highest amount allowed by law) until paid. BRM may change any portion of the Fees by posting the changes to the Site or otherwise notifying You of the change, such changes to take effect at the beginning of the next period of this Agreement. All fees are non-refundable once paid to BRM (suspension of this Agreement). All fees are exclusive of any use, sales, and other taxes imposed on any transactions under this Agreement, which will be paid by You.
You acknowledge that,all the reports, algorithms, databases, softwares, inclusive of text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, digital downloads and data compilations, is the intellectual property of BRM. International copyright laws protect all of the above-mentioned.
You are required to retain all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices contained in the site’s original materials on any copy of the materials. You may not modify the materials on this site in any manner. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transfer, distribute, publicly display, sell or offer for sale, enter in a database, or create other works from the materials or use them in any way for any public or commercial purpose.
As mentioned above, all the materials on this site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of them may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use materials from this site in a manner that violates the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 21) and/or the fair use exception of that Act. You may also not copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the site, use of the site, or access to the site. By using this site, you promise BRM that you will not use this site for any illegal or prohibited purposes.
BRM shall grant you a worlwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You can opt for –
Single-User – wherein you can download, store and display ONE electronic copy.
Hard Copy – wherein you will receive ONE printed copy of the report.
CD ROM Copy – wherein you will receive .pdf copy of the report in the CD.
Multi-User — wherein you can download, store and display MULTIPLE electronic copies.
In either case you are allowed to print additional paper copies of the Product for internal business use within your organization, provided that BRM is, in each case, cited as the source of the Product.
Whether a single user or a multi user you are not permitted to –
(a) transmit by any means, or permit any, third party to use and/or gain access to an electronic copy of the Product;
(b) resell, sub-license, rent, lease, transfer or attempt to assign the rights in the Product (in whole or in part) to any third party;
(c) modify or alter the Product or create a database in electronic or structured manual form by systematically downloading and storing any of the content from such Product other than for internal business purposes;
(d) download, store, reproduce, transmit, display, copy, distribute, commercially exploit or use the Product other than as expressly permitted above; and
(e) use the Product in any manner that would contravene the terms and conditions contained in these License Terms or that would contravene law in any other jurisdiction.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the type of information provided in our reports, BRM unfortunately cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered. We request you to please be sure to read all available information about a report before you place your order. In case you have any queries about a report’s coverage or relevance, simply contact us for expert assistance from an Industry Analyst.
In case, should a report qualify for return, we will issue a credit, minus shipping charges, of equal value to the original purchase price, toward a future purchase—no refunds. The decision about whether the product return can be accepted or not is solely at our discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability Limitation
BRM shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with any content (or any material provided hereunder), whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if brm has been advised of the possibility of damages. because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. notwithstanding the foregoing, total liability of BRM for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed total amounts paid by you to brm in connection with the subject matter of the dispute.
BRM do not warrant that any Product: (a) will meet any specific requirements; (b) will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; or (c) will contain accurate or reliable results.
BRM shall not be responsible for any damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if BRM has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use any Product; (b) the cost of procurement of a substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from any Product; (c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of any Product; (d) any price change, suspension or discontinuance of any Product; or (e) any other matter relating to any Product.
BRM shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these License Terms insofar as the performance of such obligation is prevented by an event beyond BRM’s reasonable control, including but not limited to, earthquake, fire, flood or any other natural disaster, labour dispute, riot, revolution, terrorism, acts of restraint by the government or regulatory authorities, failure of computer equipment and failure or delay of sources from which data is obtained.

BRM has no control over such sites and resources, and is not liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on such sites. We are not responsible and liable for the contents of any linked page/s or any other page not under our control. We provide these links only as a convenience; the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of that linked site. Thus you acknowledge that, BRM cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of such content, goods or services available on any such site.
Breach of License
You acknowledge that your breach of these License Terms may cause BRM irreparable damage for which recovery of money damages would be inadequate, and you agree that BRM shall be entitled, in addition to any other remedies available to it, to seek (in any court of competent jurisdiction) injunctive relief and/or other equitable relief to prevent or restrain any breach by you or otherwise to protect its rights, without being required to post a bond or other security.
Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
